What data I collect, what for, and for how long. Short, because there isn’t much data — this is a small studio, not a corporation.
Data controller
The controller of your data is Anna Ciok's studio, based at San Pedro Abajo 12, 38500 Guimar, Tenerife, Spain — Canary Islands. For matters relating to personal data, write to ania@ciok.art.
What data I collect
- Data needed to fulfil an order — name, shipping address, email and phone number
- The content of any message you send me by email
- Payment data needed to complete your order — processed directly by Stripe; your full payment details never reach my servers
- Basic technical browser data needed for the site and cart to work
I don’t collect data I don’t need, and I don’t sell it to anyone.
Purpose & legal basis
I process data to fulfil an order, reply to a message, handle payment and meet tax obligations. Payments are handled by Stripe as an external provider — I never see or store your full card details. The basis is performance of the contract and, for accounting, a legal obligation.
Retention
I keep order data for as long as tax regulations require. I delete email correspondence once the matter is settled, unless further correspondence requires keeping it.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it and restrict its processing. Just write to me — I’ll reply as fast as I can.
