Refund policy.
How returns and the right of withdrawal work at Anna Ciok Studio — consistent with the Terms and the Shipping & returns page.
§1 Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason. The general rules of purchase are described in the Terms, and shipping costs and timing on the Shipping & returns page.
§2 How to request a return
Write to ania@ciok.art to let me know you're withdrawing from the purchase. Include your order number if you have it, and tell me which items the return covers. No shop account is needed.
§3 Return conditions
The returned item should be undamaged, ideally in its original packaging.

§4 Refunds
The refund is made within 14 days of you telling me you're withdrawing from the purchase, using the same payment method used for the purchase. It may be withheld until the item is received back, or proof of postage is provided — whichever happens first.
§5 Complaints
If an item arrives damaged or not as described, file a complaint by email, attaching photos. I review it within 14 days and — depending on your choice — replace the item or refund the full amount including shipping.
