Shipping & returns.
How I pack, how long the parcel takes, and what to do if a piece arrives damaged. Everything before you click “buy”.
Shipping
I ship by InPost Parcel Locker (from 20 zł) or courier (30 zł) across all of Poland. Shipping costs the same regardless of how many pieces you order — if you buy several, they travel together in one parcel.

Turnaround
The ceramics are finished and already waiting in Poland, so there’s no production time. I send the parcel within 1–3 business days of the payment clearing, and the courier usually delivers the next day.
I pack everything myself, between studio work and the next firings. If you need a specific date, write to me and I’ll check what is possible.
Packing
The ceramics travel wrapped by hand — film, cardboard and plenty of padding so nothing moves. I label the box as fragile. I try to limit plastic wherever I can, without risking the piece.
Pickup
Live in Tenerife or passing through? You can collect your order in person — then shipping is free. We arrange the pickup by email for a specific day and time; this is not a fixed-hours pickup point.
Returns
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the parcel, with no reason needed. You can start your return on the returns page — just your order number. You can also write to ania@ciok.art.
- The piece should come back undamaged, ideally in its original packaging
- The cost of return shipping is on the buyer
- I refund within 14 days of receiving the piece back
If something arrives damaged
Ceramics can be fragile, and couriers vary. If a parcel arrives broken, please photograph the contents and the packaging and send the photos to me the same day. I’ll replace the piece with another from the drop or refund the full amount including shipping — your choice.
