Shop terms.

The rules for buying at Anna Ciok Studio. Written plainly, without the legal fog — so you can actually read them.

§1 General provisions

The Anna Ciok Studio online shop is run by Anna Ciok's studio, based at San Pedro Abajo 12, 38500 Guimar, Tenerife, Spain — Canary Islands. You can contact the seller at ania@ciok.art.

The items for sale are hand-painted ceramic pieces. Each piece is the only copy — once sold it disappears from the offer and is not remade.

§2 Orders

You place an order by adding selected pieces to the cart and confirming the purchase. The sale contract is concluded the moment the order is confirmed and the payment clears.

  • Because each piece is unique, any given piece can be sold only once
  • If for reasons beyond my control I cannot fulfil an order, I inform you immediately and refund the full amount

§3 Prices & payment

All prices are given in Polish złoty (PLN) and are gross prices. The shipping cost shown in the cart before you confirm is added to the order total. Payment is handled by a secure external payment provider, Stripe.

§4 Fulfilment & shipping

I send orders within 1–3 business days of the payment clearing. Details of costs, timing and pickup are described on the Shipping & returns page.

§5 Right of withdrawal

A consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the piece, without giving a reason. The statement can simply be sent by email. The returned piece should be undamaged; the buyer covers the return shipping, and the refund is made within 14 days.

§6 Complaints

If a piece arrives damaged or not as described, you can file a complaint by email, attaching photos. I review it within 14 days and — depending on your choice — replace the piece or refund the full amount including shipping.

§7 Final provisions

Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Spanish law, including Spain's General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and the Spanish Civil Code. Any changes to the terms do not affect orders placed before they take effect.
